The Electric Energy National Agency (ANEEL) gave permission to proceed with testing of the third generating unit of the Primavera SHP, rated at 4550 kW of power.

According to the article NO. 82 of the Official Union Journal published wednesday January 17, 2007, the plant is located between the Pimenta Bueno and Primavera de Rondonia counties in the state of Rondonia. The unit is owned by Eletro-Primavera. The company has 60 days after finalizing the tests to send a final report of the tests to ANEEL.
